Service designer

In order to design a future of positive change, we must first become expert at changing our minds. Jacque Fresco

At Experientia, Clara is working on user research and service design projects where she brings innovating and powerful concepts to life. Her recent work includes ethnographic research, journey mapping and participatory workshops to envision new services for an healthcare company. She is also working on projects for the public sector, technology and consumer goods. Clara Lott has a master in service design from the Milan Polytechnic University. This builds on her Erasmus studies in Communication Design at NABA, Milan, and Master in Design and Strategies of Communication from Ecole Estienne, Paris. Her multi-disciplinary background allows her to have a global vision of the design process at the crossroads of visual communication, storytelling, design strategy and service design. Before joining the company, she has been working in an advertising agency in NYC for several months, where she had the opportunity to follow branding projects for a wide range of international luxury companies. Moreover she has worked as a freelance designer in Paris, and as a service and strategic designer at Leftloft, Milan, where she contributed to user research, brand strategy and took part in the creation and organization of the first service design festival in Italy, Rethink! Service design stories. Thanks to her international experience she speaks fluently French, Italian, English and German.

Where do you find inspiration?

My best ideas always comes on the move. Swimming under the water, running in the forest or just having a ride on my bike.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

The fresh catch of the day with some lemon, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, of course!

What do you like to listen to while working?

Nils Frahm, without any doubt.
